Refund Policy

Please note: Ediglobe has a strict no-refund policy for all course enrollments and services. Once a payment has been made, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. This policy applies to all learners, regardless of the reason for the refund request.

Ediglobe is committed to providing high-quality educational content, and we encourage all participants to carefully review the course details, requirements, and schedule before enrolling. We understand that life circumstances can change, but once a course or service has been paid for, the following refund policy applies:

1. No Refunds Under Any Circumstances

After enrollment and payment, no refund requests will be accepted. This includes, but is not limited to, the following situations:

  • The participant is unable to attend the course for any reason.
  • The participant fails to meet the course requirements or attendance criteria.
  • The participant is dissatisfied with the course content, instructors, or materials provided.
  • The participant experiences personal or professional issues that prevent them from completing the course.
  • The participant decides to cancel their enrollment after the course has started.
  • The participant has a change of mind about taking the course.

2. Course Modifications

Ediglobe reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, and delivery methods, including online or in-person sessions, without prior notice. We will make every reasonable effort to provide updated information to participants. However, such changes will not result in any refund or compensation.

3. Special Circumstances

While our standard policy is no refunds, we understand that there may be exceptional cases where a participant is unable to attend due to unavoidable situations such as:

  • Severe illness or medical emergencies.
  • Death or hospitalization of the participant or their immediate family member.
  • Natural disasters or events that prevent the participant from continuing the course.

In such exceptional cases, Ediglobe may, at its sole discretion, provide a credit toward future courses, extend the enrollment period, or allow a transfer to another course. However, monetary refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. All such requests must be submitted in writing with appropriate documentation (e.g., medical certificates, official documents).

4. Transfer to Another Course

If a participant wishes to transfer to a different course before the start of the program, Ediglobe may allow this transfer at its discretion. However, the transfer will not result in a refund for the original course. Any course transfer requests must be made in writing and received at least 7 days before the course start date.

5. Course Completion

To successfully complete a course, participants are required to attend the necessary number of sessions, submit assignments, and pass the assessments as per the course requirements. No refunds will be granted if the participant does not complete the course due to personal reasons, failure to meet deadlines, or non-compliance with course requirements.

6. Payment Methods

Payments for all courses and services must be made in full at the time of registration. Ediglobe does not accept partial payments or payment plans unless specifically stated. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways, and once processed, they are non-refundable.

7. Exceptions and Discretion

Ediglobe’s refund policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness. However, Ediglobe reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy at its sole discretion. Any decisions made will be communicated to the participant directly and will be considered final. These decisions will not set a precedent for future cases.
